Legal position of the Supreme Court in case of environmental control in a seaport of Ukraine

The Supreme Court expressed its legal position in the dispute on environmental control and the detention of a ship that entered the «Yuzhny» seaport. The position of the Supreme Court which is described in the article is very important for the formation of a unified judicial practice in similar cases.
