Quarantine and labor: vacations, workers over 60 years of age, compensations and unemployment assistance
Most enterprises today work remotely, working hours are being reduced, many workers have already “ran over” their annual paid vacations and are not ready to go on unpaid holidays. In this regard, we are increasingly receiving questions about how to extend the special regime for enterprises during the quarantine and how to receive material assistance provided by the government.
In this regard, we would like to draw your attention to the following issues:
– formalization of labor during the quarantine period;
– possibility of employer to receive partial unemployment assistance for workers;
– formalization of employment of persons over 60 years of age, in particular their receipt of temporary disability benefits.
