Managing Partner of Law Firm “ANK”, Oleksandr Kyfak, speaking at the third Ukrainian Port Forum

On May 27, 2021, the lawyers of Law Firm “ANK” took part in the third Ukrainian Port Forum, which was held in the city of Odessa and traditionally attracted a wide audience of speakers and participants – port industry executives, members of diplomatic missions, representatives of international organizations, leading port operators and investors.

Within the framework of the forum a Round table on the implementation of concessions in the port sector was held.

The Managing Partner of Law Firm “ANK”, Oleksandr Kyfak, made a presentation at this Round table on “Concession as a tool for investment in port infrastructure.
