ANK Law Office has become Supporting Member at LMAA

We are pleased to inform that in September 2024 ANK Law Office has become the Supporting Member at London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA). LMAA is the most reputable arbitration institution, which examines the shipping disputes starting from recovery of unpaid freight and demurrage based on the charter-parties and ending with shipbuilding and ship repair contracts. Supporting Members of LMAA are not LMAA arbitrators, however, they assist Association to achieve its goals and promote Association as independent arbitration institution outside the United Kingdom. The attorneys-at-law Artem Volkov and Kostiantyn Moriakov have been recognized as Supporting Members at LMAA.
