Law Firm “ANK” attorney was awarded with European Business Association gratitude

Law Firm “ANK” has a productive cooperation with the European Business Association (EBA) and actively participates in the work of the EBA logistics committee.

As part of these activities, Law Firm “ANK” regularly participates in EBA Logistics Committee meetings, during which draft laws and regulations on transport and port regulation, public-private partnerships, leasing and privatization of state property, implementation of infrastructure projects, etc. are reviewed and discussed.

Law Firm “ANK” is not only actively involved in preparing and discussing business comments and suggestions on these draft regulations, but also regularly submits its legislative initiatives to the EBA Logistics Committee to protect business interests.
