Attorney of Law Firm “ANK” made a report at the seminar devoted to application of ADR in maritime disputes

On February 21, 2022, Advocate Elena Koch made a report on the topic “Recognition and Enforcement of Arbitral Awards in Maritime Disputes” at the seminar of Ukrainian Advocates’ Association (UAA), devoted to the issues of “Application of ADR in Maritime Disputes”.

The report presented the trends in world practice in resolving cases on recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards in maritime disputes and examined case law of Ukraine.
